In this workshop we will be go through a well rounded asana practice including sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, and core work to prepare for a variety of arm balances and inversions. You will be learning how to safely support weight on your arms and shoulders and how to find your center of gravity. We will work on finding that delicate balance between strength and flexibility that enables us to experience arm balances with ease.
Whether you are new to arm balancing poses or you would like to improve the safe skills of being in an arm balancing poses then this workshop is absolutely for you. Come prepare to have fun. By the end of the workshop you will most likely be able to do something you never have done before!
