2. Pranayama - Control of the breath or extension of breath is called Pranayama. After you finish with the first stage, you can control the breath for 5-10 breathe. After the last controlled breath, you can suddenly stop the breath. You will experience that the breath is almost stopped. You are entering into the second layer of Kosha called as Pranamaya Kosha (Vital Sheath). It's the right time to begin fixing the mind in a point.
3. Focal Point - Find out a point where you can fix the mind or find out a point where you can make a screen to project a movie. You can select the heart as focal point, if you are a hearty person. You can select the third eye as focal point, if you are an intellectual person.
4. Meditative Object - You can select one object for the day for meditation. It can be a flower or sunrise or a god visualization or a mantra or just watch the thoughts. Depend on quality and emotional balance of a person, you can change the meditative object. But, find out a meditative object which is more with positive energy and the object which don't give bondage.
5. Finishing up the meditation is important part. Whatever step you took from 1-4, you have to do it reverse way. So, you can exist as same before and with a refreshing energy.Try it. You do any kind of meditation, but follow these simple 5 step is the foundation for it.
