Meditation is a process where we observe the thoughts. Mind is like a newly married lady. It's so shy and hide behind doors if you observe it. Same is thoughts, observe it, same moment it will disappear. Train mind without thoughts are the destination of meditation journey.
Each bite of knowledge taking us one step ahead in the path of life. It's not going to stop us from the end; but it can reduce the pain in life what it going through. Every philosophy and science created on the base of it only. And I am pretty sure that it will remain like that till the life goes in this universe.
