Flow of 5 Great Elements
Panchamahabhootas - known as the Five Great Elements; Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Balance of these 5 great elements make the harmony in the body and mind. 'Space' appear in our body as comfort, Air appear in our body as Prana / Chi (Vital Energy), 'Fire' appear as heat and transformation, 'Water' appear as coolness and adaptibility and finally 'Earth' appear as heaviness and stability.
Most of the yoga asana classes without mentioning any styles or tradition of yoga practice are based on working with these five elements only. In this Flow class, we will be flowing through yoga poses based on the concepts of these great five great elements and finish up with a long Savasana.
