Yoga helps increase strength in very specific muscle groups and works to strengthen all major muscle groups that support the spine. The stretching postures in increase blood flow to the tissues that support the spine, improving the health of the intervertebral discs and muscles along the spine. This workshop we will be focusing on knowing the basic anatomy of spine, spinal movements, yoga poses which helps to strengthen the spine and simple workouts. This workshop even suit for a person who never practiced yoga before.
Say about myself then simply I am a yoga practitioner and still doing many self research on yoga and connected healing techniques. Yoga made me to look into my life differently and I love to share that through my life and teachings.
