Our training are completely founded in a way that to train the yoga lovers into the levels of becoming yoga teachers who will have much confident in helping students to improve their skills of practices, health and peace of mind.
Meditation & Pranayama
Each day we begin with 30 minutes Meditation and Pranayama.
Each day we will have two Asana sections, first one in morning and second in afternoon. Morning section will be focuss on deepening the self practices and aligning the postures. Afternoon section will a combination of vinyasa sequence introduction, asana correction techniques, alignment of asana, study of each asana precautions, injuiry and benefits.

Anatomy & Physiology
Our body is like a machine which is running with the help of hundreds of small machines. While we holding the postures or doing movements or doing any yogic exercises all our body systems functioning in a typical way same as that machine. Understanding our own body need to know the basic knowledges of Physiology and anatomy. We will be studying mainly about following systems.

- Cardiovascular System
- Respiratory System
- Digestive system
Understanding about the physical body and subtle body make the yoga practices more scientifical. Chakras, Nadis, Pranas, Bandhas, bodies, etc are the main topics which studying in these section.
Alignment & Adjustment Skills
Alignment & Adjustment of yoga poses will be a mixture of knowing the optimal correct postures, alignment, adjustment, usage of props, limitations, restrictions, optional poses, connected yoga poses, etc.
"Keep our body as pure as a temple, so the god can shine inside". The classical Shat Kriyas (Six purification ways) will be introduced here. It will give an understanding about the purification of body and mind.
A good teacher know how to help and deepen student's practice everyday depending on their physical and emotional changes. A good teacher is always a good practitioner too. Every person have an inner teacher which is shinning inside. Bringing out that teaching skills are these sections purpose.
Ayurveda considering as a sister branch of Yoga. Ayurveda helps to apply the yogic living style in a normal life routines. It creates an idea that Yoga is not only for Realizing the soul, many of the aspects can apply in daily life and keep the yoga as a life practice which is happening in second of our life.
Assisting & Demonstration of Postures
Be with a yoga teacher's class as an assistant teacher and help the students to correct their postures. Each class will demonstrate a new posture or work-out to make sure that student study something new in each class. It will create a habitual for the future teachers to go teaching with a new idea or way of approach to the posture.
Cultivating the teaching skills
A good teacher is always a good student. An eager to study more make a perfect teacher. Students will teach a small group classes and discuss in a group about that class. This will bring a broad understanding about the teaching skills and creativity of series.
Raja Yoga Sutra & Bhagavat Gita Introduction
Patanjali's Raja Yoga Sutra and Veda Vyasa's Bhagavat Gita are considering as the Bibles of Yoga. Study about these two texts will help the future teachers to face the daily life and teachings with positive awareness and confidence.
